Scalp Pigmentation

ABOUT

ABOUT

Pigments are color match to replicate hair follicles to give an illusion of a full head of hair. Adding volume to thinning hair and creating a natural hair line.

On average a head of hair has 100,000 hair follicles, other hair loss solutions only can replicate about 2,500. With scalp pigmentation we can add 30,000 to 60,000 impressions. Much more density, no downtime and non invasive.

Based on the feedback received, most of our clients say that they experience minimal discomfort. A numbing topical anesthetic is used to maximize comfort.

It is considered permanent due to the placement of pigment into the dermal layer of the skin and is subject to fade over time, but doesn’t disappear.

For Best Results Avoid The Following For 14 Days
  • MAKEUP, SCRUBBING & LOTION– May cause infection, scarring, and delay healing

  • DIRTY PILLOW CASE AND TOWELS– Avoid infection

  • PICKING– Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate away. Picking can cause scarring or loss of color

  • DIRECT SUN EXPOSURE– Sun tanning or salon tanning beds, will blur pigment

  • SWEATING & EXERCISE– Pigment retention loss

  • RETINOL, VITAMIN C, FACIALS, SKIN PEELS & EXFOLIATES- Around forehead area

  • ACTIVITIES- Long showers, massages, jacuzzis, saunas, hot yoga and swimming

Now it is time to critique your treatment, the tattoo has become part of the dermis, the healed results are revealed.

 LONG TERM CARE
  • Use a good sunscreen on your scalp, sun exposure will fade your cosmetic tattoo.

  • The use of chemical peels and acid peels regularly on the forehead region can also cause tattoo to fade prematurely.

If an infection or adverse reaction occurs at the site of the procedure area, contact your personal physician for treatment and report to SNHD special programs at (702) 759-0677.
