Booking & Cancellation Policy
To secure an appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance, or the deposit will be forfeited. No-shows will be charged the full service price.
Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. Results vary based on skin type, aftercare, and other factors. Touch-ups may be required to achieve the desired outcome.
Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and forfeit their deposit. This ensures enough time for a quality procedure without rushing.
Touch-Up Policy
A touch-up session is recommended 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure for best results. Touch-up pricing applies only to existing clients within the timeframe discussed during the appointment.
Contraindications & Health Policy
Permanent makeup is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have certain medical conditions, or take blood-thinning medications. Please disclose all health concerns before booking.
Liability Waiver
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that results vary and accept full responsibility for your procedure. The artist is not liable for unforeseen reactions or dissatisfaction due to individual healing.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for appointment scheduling, reminders, and marketing with your consent. We do not share or sell your data.
Photography & Marketing Consent
Before & after photos may be taken and used for marketing and social media unless the client specifically requests otherwise before the procedure.
